Mission & Vision
We exist to invite men into a brotherhood of believers so they can experience a life-changing encounter with God through high-challenge adventures. Or as we like to call it, “The ultimate guys’ weekend, but with more soul-searching and fewer awkward silences.”
We see a movement of men waking up to their true calling—like the spiritual equivalent of a triple-shot espresso—living lives full of purpose, meaning, and just the right amount of adventure. Imagine your life, but with better stories to tell around the campfire.
about our founders
Two guys. One mission. And enough mountain-climbing stories to last a lifetime.
Lee and Brian have been scaling peaks together since their youth—literally. What started with climbing actual mountains evolved into climbing the metaphorical mountains of life (and trust us, those are way harder). Mountain Men was born out of what they’ve seen God do in their own lives, and now they’re here to share the adventure with you.
Lee martin
Co-founder
Lee Martin isn’t your average pastor. No, really. He’s known for being as real as they come, with a smile so bright you’d think it’s solar-powered and hugs that could heal a bad day in seconds. As the Campus Pastor at Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lee is dedicated to helping men become the husbands, fathers, and leaders they were always meant to be.
When he’s not leading a group of men to their God-given potential, you’ll find him out in nature with his family, swapping deep thoughts over a campfire, or planning his next big adventure. (Bonus points if it involves rock climbing and coffee.)
Brian Jobe
Co-founder
Brian Jobe might have spent the first 20 years of his career as a civil engineer in the oil and gas industry, but let’s just say spreadsheets and pipelines weren’t his final calling. These days, as the Executive Pastor at Church on the Move, Brian’s true passion is ministry—helping people find their purpose and build a relationship with Jesus.
When he’s not pouring his heart (and maybe a little coffee) into ministry, Brian’s probably at an OU game with his wife, Jamie, and their three kids. Yes, they’re diehard Sooner fans, and no, they won’t apologize for it. Go Sooners! Oh, and in case you’re wondering—yes, he still uses his engineering skills. But now it’s for building bridges… to Jesus. (Cue groan-worthy dad joke.)
